Who we are

We’re building a national movement with a local focus to reform psychedelics research and treatment policy in the U.S. through public advocacy and grassroots mobilization.

As a registered 501c4 we do the political work non-profits are unable to do. That’s why we partner with leaders, medical professionals, and organizations throughout the psychedelics community to support their work and create real change.

Public Education

Educating voters nationwide about the potential of psychedelics for mental health treatment in order to reduce the stigma around these substances and build support for reforming the legal limitations on research and treatment.

Advocacy

Rescheduling & FDA Approval

Ambitious, but worth fighting for. We’re working with national partners to support the effort the have psilocybin (and eventually all psychedelics with medical potential) rescheduled and approved by the FDA for medical research and treatment.

Right to Try Clarification Act of 2022

DEA issued a letter denying the psilocybin rescheduling petition, on grounds that FDA has not approved psilocybin, asserting that this “requires” that it remain on Schedule I.

We filed a challenge to the rescheduling denial. AIMS v DEA (Ninth Circuit No. 22-1718)(AIMS III).

A Focus on Veterans

America’s veterans have been powerful leaders and allies in the effort to reform psychedelics policy. We partner with veteran organizations from across the country to share their stories with voters and remove the stigma around psychedelics while building support for policy reform.
